A 2007-W American Eagle 1oz uncirculated silver coin is a bullion coin manufactured in West Point, New York by the US Mint. Apparently, the Z7F is a code used by the Mint to differentiate if from the many other products offered by the Mint. They are selling for around $24US right now unless they are slabbed and certified which would make them worth more. There is more information at the link below. I hope that helps.
